1. Launch F-Secure
2. sudo /var/adm/ed {tab} {enter}
3. Enter: Your ****** Password
4. Enter: The Connect Account to Access

Cleaning out an Account Manager e-mail account:

1. Telnet to cinname.missouri.org
2. Login with user's userid and password
3. Type J (for jump)
4. Type mail and hit Enter
5. Hit L for list folders
6. Go into the folder containing the message (usually Inbox) and type D for each message user wants deleted
7. Hit M for Main Menu
8. Hit Q for Quit
9. Type yes when prompted to really quit, and yes again when prompted to expunge deleted messages
